Terms & conditions


For all parties mothers or caretakers must be present to supervise.

  • Please be aware that all return correspondence will be via email. We will reply to your party enquiries, booking requests and deposit confirmation by email, so please be sure to check your inbox and junk mail to avoid disappointment and avoid missing out on your preferred booking date.
  • All correspondence is made in a prompt and timely manner, so if you have any problems with email please call us on 1300 544 403 to discuss/confirm your party details.
  • The entertainers will arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the party to set up and get ready, depending on what package has been booked.


Venue, Parking and travel fees

  • If the area is outside in a park or at home for a kids party or event, please consider our staff will need some form of protection/shelter from the sun or rain when working.
  • We have also outlined in FAQs tips for party set up.
  • Please ensure that there is parking with suitable access to the venue for our entertainer. If the venue has no free/ street parking we will need to be covered for the parking charge.
  • Our Head office is situated in the hills district and we travel all Sydney metro suburbs. If your venue is in an outer Sydney metro area please enquire within.
  • We are located in Baulkham Hills- suburbs within the 30km radius will not be charged a travel fee. Some outer suburbs will incur a travel fee starting from $15.00.



  • We suggest that your invitation timing allows 15 minutes either side of the time booked with us. This allows time for us to set up and pack up, and to start straight away, ensuring all children receive treats without being rushed.
  • Please also note our party timing does not include time to stop and cut the cake but we can do so on request. This is why we strongly suggest having the finish time of the party at least 15 minutes after we are scheduled to leave.
  • Due to demand and multiple bookings in one day, our timing is very important as we may have to leave immediately to get to another booking. For this reason the start time is quite strict and we can only wait a maximum of 5 minutes for guests to arrive before starting.
  • Each party has its own time frame so please follow the suggested time frames for your party duration.
  • Please consider if you are having more than the standard package, we will need to know this to allow timing to treat the additional children.



  • We are not held responsible if any child has sensitivity to a product we use.
  • We use known brands. We do not manufacture any products.
  • Please inform us if any guest is allergic to seafood or nuts as our beauty products contain traces of them.
  • All face paints are professional paints suitable for sensitive skin and are hypoallergenic.
  • All brushes are washed and cleaned between jobs for hygiene reasons.
  • On lips, lipstick/ lipgloss is applied as opposed to face paint and is optional.


Deposits and cancellations and payment

  • A $100.00 deposit is taken per entertainer to secure your booking with Kids Entertainmnent Sydney.
  • This deposit must be received within the date given at the time of booking in order to secure your event. If the deposit is not received in this time, we reserve the right to release the date to other clients. All booking  information will be emailed to you at the time of your booking.
  • Your deposit amount will come off the total of your kids birthday party or event on the day. Outstanding amount needs to be paid cash on day. Credit card payments will incur a 2% surcharge. EFT is accepted if we receive payment in our account 4 days prior to the event. We do not accept emailed receipts, money must be in our account.
  • Once your deposit has been received by kids Entertainment Sydney, we will send you the last piece of information needed.
  • Your deposit will be lost in full if you cancel your event at any time. However if there is more than 14 days left before the party you can change the party date and you will not lose your deposit but will be charged and admin fee of $30.00.
    If you cancel your party within 14 days of the event you will lose your deposit completely.
  • There is no cancellations of guests on the party day. To make up the monetary value and time for a guest not appearing, our staff will play extra games and extra pampering where appropriate.

Numbers and confirmation

Kids Entertainment Sydney needs to be informed of exact numbers of guests for the party to run smoothly, we don't want any kids missing out on the free gifts/lolly bags. This information will need to be returned 4-5 days prior to your kids birthday party. This is important so the party runs smooth as it is structured. If these numbers change and we need to accommodate we will try our best but there may be a admin fee if its 4-5 days prior to the event.


If you have to make any changes please be aware there may be an admin fee if we have sent out the schedule with final numbers already. This occurs the week of the party (usually Wednesday). At no point can there be any cancellations of guests without paying in full. We have put our time into prepping items, lolly bags, organising staff and products.


Minimum spend

  • For any party there is a minimum spend which is the price quoted on the website. If there are fewer children invited than the amount in the package, the party child and all guests will receive extra treats to fill in the time.
  • Price includes all products and equipment.


Uniforms and costumes

  • Entertainers are dressed in the character you choose.
  • Photos are used as a guide only and we can not guarantee you receive the same entertainer photographed however they will match the character.

Other important information

  • Throughout all of our parties, entertainers will often take images that will be stored on our database to be used on the web page and promotional content. If you do not want photos taken by us please inform us at any time throughout the booking process.
  • Public holidays/long weekends may incur a fee.
  • Please note that you may only book the combined packages through kids entertainment Sydney.
  • Kids entertainment Sydney is a division of body treats.
  • Kids Entertainment Sydney is strictly not a booking agency for other entertainers.
